The PRS SE CE 24 combines the familiar Custom 24 recipe of a maple top, mahogany back and 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with a bolt-on maple neck for a little more snap and immediacy.
PRS 85/15 “S” humbuckers with coil splitting give it a broad tonal range, while the Wide Thin neck, 25" scale and PRS tremolo make it a versatile player's guitar for everything from clean tones through to modern rock.

Our Take
The SE CE 24 is crafted for expression. The bolt-on maple neck gives it a lively, responsive feel, while the Wide Thin profile, 10" radius and 24-fret layout make it particularly comfortable for players moving between chords, bends and faster lead work. Strong playability and fretwork are among the things consistently highlighted when the SE CE 24 is put through its paces.
It's also impressively versatile. The 85/15 “S” pickups have the clarity for clean playing and enough weight for big rock tones, while pulling the tone control gives you useful single-coil sounds without changing guitars.
For us, that's the appeal: classic PRS looks and playability with the extra snap of a bolt-on neck and enough tonal range to make it a genuine workhorse.
