Instruments can be dropped off at any time to either Sydney Store location. The turnaround time for repairs is dependent on the current workload of our workshop.

- Instrument assessment & testing
- Full clean & disinfect
- Ultrasonic bath of key instrument components
- Mouthpiece clean & disinfect
- Valves & slides buffed & polished
- Mouthpiece buffed & polished
- Oil valves (if applicable)
- Grease slides (trombone + tuning Slides)
- Clean & disinfect case
- Play test & final polish
