Every True Tone guitar is bench-built by hand in Fenech’s Gold Coast workshop, crafted by a small team of skilled builders from start to finish. It’s the same workshop, the same hands and the same attention to detail that goes into every Fenech instrument — designed to make the experience available to more players.
For the True Tone Series, Fenech chose one of the most legendary acoustic pairings in guitar history: spruce and mahogany.
The guitar features a AA-grade solid Sitka spruce top paired with AA-grade solid mahogany back and sides, delivering a warm, balanced, and expressive tone. Mahogany provides a focused midrange and natural warmth, while the spruce top adds clarity, projection and dynamic response.
Each top and back is individually optimised for resonance, helping the guitar speak clearly and musically across the entire dynamic range.
The Grand Auditorium body shape with cutaway is one of the most versatile acoustic designs available. It offers a comfortable playing experience while delivering a balanced tonal response suited to a wide range of styles.
