The Roland VAD716 represents the next evolution of Roland's legendary V-Drums platform. Built on the powerful V-Drums 7 Series, this flagship kit combines full-size acoustic-style shells, cutting-edge digital pads and the advanced V71 sound module to deliver the most expressive electronic drumming experience Roland has ever created.
Finished in Gloss Ebony, the VAD716 features beautiful maple veneer shells mounted on double-braced chrome stands, giving it the visual presence of a premium acoustic kit while delivering the control, flexibility and silent practice advantages of electronic drums.
At the heart of the system is the V71 sound module, featuring an all-new multi-sampled sound library developed in collaboration with Drum Workshop (DW). Drummers can also integrate with DW Soundworks software for computer-based production, further expanding your tonal landscape.
The kit includes Roland's latest digital snare, hi-hat and ride, delivering unmatched positional sensing and dynamic response, plus the new 22-inch KD-22 kick drum with a full-depth wood shell for authentic feel and stage presence.
With built-in wireless connectivity and Roland Cloud Connect, players can instantly expand their kit with new sounds, instrument expansions and kit packs.
