Your Gift Card can be used for purchases in our online store or at our Warringah Mall location in Sydney

When will a Mall Music Gift Card expire?

Your Gift Card will expire 3 years from the date of issue. The expiry date is listed at the bottom of your Gift Card. It is the responsibility of the Gift Card recipient to use the full value within the validity period.

Can I add more value to a Mall Music Gift Card?

No, once a Mall Music Gift Card has been purchased, the value on it cannot be increased.

Unused Gift Card balances

Any unused balance on a Mall Music Gift Card will not be refunded or credited when the card expires. Where the cost of a purchase exceeds the available Gift Card balance, the Gift Card holder will need to make up the difference with an alternative form of payment.
