Our Take
This acoustic model is for those who prefer less guitar without opting for a “mini guitar.” The body is really comfortable tucked under your arm, helped even further by that lovely timber armrest, but Crafter has kept a full 648mm scale. It feels like a proper full-scale acoustic under your fingers — just in a body that's much nicer to get your arms around.
And this new-generation Koa model is seriously pretty. The solid Engelmann spruce top is framed by beautifully figured acacia, there's a matching timber armrest and soundhole detail, a slotted headstock and those little Crafter butterfly details. It's got personality without becoming flashy.
We'd particularly show this to smaller-framed players, fingerstyle guitarists, singer-songwriters or anyone who's simply tired of wrapping themselves around a big dreadnought. The DS-2 Pro+ system and hidden Stealth Tuner also mean it's properly equipped when you want to take it out and perform.
Comfort is the hook here — but it doesn't feel like you're compromising on having a proper guitar to get it.
