The Breedlove Performer Pro Concert Thinline is made for players who love the sound of a full-size acoustic but want something more comfortable against the body.
Its Concert Thinline body is ¾" shallower than Breedlove's traditional Concert, reducing the reach around the guitar without giving up the projection and resonance Breedlove designed the Concert shape around. Add an all-solid European spruce and African mahogany construction and Fishman Flex Plus-T electronics, and you've got a serious acoustic that's equally at home unplugged or on stage.
If you find a standard acoustic guitar too bulky or uncomfortable under your strumming arm, the Concert Thinline is definitely worth considering. It's ¾" body is shallower than Breedlove's standard Concert, so you don't have to reach as far around the guitar. That's particularly useful for smaller-framed players, players with shorter arms, or anyone who starts feeling shoulder and arm fatigue during longer sessions.
What makes this model particularly interesting is that its comfort does not compromise its specifications. It still features an all-solid construction, with European spruce on top and African mahogany for the body, rather than opting for a laminate design to achieve a slimmer instrument.
We'd recommend it for singer-songwriters, fingerstyle players and gigging acoustic players who want a comfortable guitar they can play for hours, but still want the sound and response of solid tonewoods. With the Fishman system already onboard, it's also ready to plug straight into your live setup.
