The Action Junior Bass is a 30”-scale 4-string bass design to be comfortable for women and children, providing a focused tone that will work in virtually any playing context. In addition, the simple volume and tone electronics layout with a soap bar pickup in the bridge position allows the player to focus on playing the music instead of being distracted by too many sound choices. While not common, the 30” short-scale basses have been popular with even pro-level bass players since the 60’s due to their ease of playability and improved portability.
